Start to finish, a very good experience. I live in the US, but had a friend vacationing in Prague for their birthday, so I wanted to send a gift to their hotel room. All the reviews for this florist are legit. Katarina messaged updates throughout the day and sent a picture of the final product and proof of delivery. She accommodated my last minute request with grace and took special care to include fresh, luxury flowers in the colors I requested. My only complaint is that I don't live local and can't order more often! Wonderful job.
